 The freshly picked summer fruit finds delectable space in raw and ripe variants in Chef Veena’s specially curated menu of South East Asian delicacies at The Spice Route.

The menu features dishes like Amba Paripoo Curry (Sri Lankan lentils and raw mango curry), Irachi Manghai Curry (Kerala style mutton curry cooked with raw mangoes), Maambalam Katrikai (curried baby eggplant and water chestnuts flavoured with raw mango and coconut paste)


MISTRAL GRILL


 Mistral introduces it's new summer menu.Hog on to  Green Apple & Rucola Salad, Catalan Styled Shrimps with garlic and chilli, Smoked Duck Salad, Chicken 65, Shrimp & Smoked Salmon Pizza, Saffron Tofu & Morels, Kerela Veg Stew and Seared John Dory & Beans Poriyal among others.
